The Gilets jaunes movement managed to quickly gain a lot of media attention, but after the first big wave, the attention ebbed down. The heaps of French fries which represent the number of participants in the Gilets jaunes’ protests and actions between November 2018 and May 2019 are garnished with various sauces. The amount of sauce visualizes the amount of media mentions in this period.
